Operating in approximately 80 municipalities of the 150 that make up the Western Amazon – where branches, ATMs and cash are scarce – this company understood that many people in the region did not have access to bank accounts or credit and, therefore, could not consume.

The scenario motivated the largest retailer in the North Region to provide a complete financial solution for its customers, using its own logistics infrastructure to facilitate access to the solution.

By signing a strategic partnership with Dock, provider of payment solutions and banking, the company found a state-of-the-art technological structure and all the necessary knowledge to create a digital accounts complete and connect the multiple parts of your business to the financial environment.

A few months after launching the solution, more than 8 active accounts were registered and 34 cards issued. The numbers strengthen the purpose of financial inclusion from the retailer which, for many customers in the interior, was the first source of formal credit.
