A Dock Payment Institution SA, as Controller of personal data, carries out all data processing considering the highest standards of information security and respect for the privacy of the holders.
The processing of personal data by Dock Payment Institution SA is always carried out based on one of the legal hypotheses provided for, as previously mentioned, and in accordance with the principles established by the LGPD.
In addition to ensuring data security and privacy, the LGPD grants rights to holders of personal data. By sending a request to the DPO, you can exercise the following rights regarding your data:
Confirmation of the existence of data processing: You can confirm whether there is any type of processing with your personal data;
• Access to personal data: You can access all personal data that the Dock Payment Institution SA has over you;
• Data correction: If any of your data is out of date or incorrect, you can request its correction or update;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion: You can request anonymization, blocking or deletion of your personal data when they prove to be unnecessary or excessive for the intended purpose, or when they are being treated in non-compliance with the LGPD.
• Portability: You can request the transfer of your personal data to another supplier of products or services, respecting commercial and industrial secrets;

The personal data processed by Dock Institution of Payment SA are stored by us only until the purpose of the processing is achieved, or for the period necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations and other hypotheses provided for in article 16 of the LGPD.
