A Dock is an institution specialized in the development of technological solutions for the means of payment market, and is not the beneficiary of any amount related to the payment of a bank slip and/or transfer of amounts to a third party account, as it only acts as an intermediary for payment transactions.

To know the origin of your account, consult the list of our main customers, where you can identify the financial institution with which you have a relationship.

If you made a Pix, identified something suspicious and verified that the receiving account is from Dock, please contact your institution (the bank from which you made the transaction) and ask for a notification to be opened by the Special Return Mechanism (MED). Through it, your bank can, depending on each situation, block and return the amounts (after proof of fraudulent transaction).

In these cases (receipt of Pix on account of Dock), we can only handle the request when it comes through the bank of origin, it is important that you make contact as instructed above.

It is used by payment institutions to carry out financial transactions and is one of the account types that Dock offers. General security recommendations

  • Change your password whenever there is any indication or suspicion of a leak, or compromise of your credentials.
  • Avoid accessing banking websites and applications or carrying out transactions on third-party, public (eg Internet cafe) or untrustworthy devices (computers, cell phones and tablets). The same goes for public wireless (wi-fi) networks.
